Never order from Alexander mcqueen. Baddest service ever and if you contact Them, they don’t even answer you, so bad service when you are such a Big brand. It is my last time ordering from you

Tried purchasing a pair of Alexander Mcqueen shoes, charged the amount from my credit card, next day i get an email they have not my size, i ask for a replacement ... 2 weeks no reply , asked again i was told i would get a refund, it's been a month since then i haven't heard back!
Total SCAM!

Why the hell are you not getting back to me about my returning? I wanted to return my shoes, because the size was to big and order another one in a smaller size, so I could wear them for christmas. It’s been a long since I returned my shoes and I still has not heard anything from you. This is such a bad costumer service. I can not believe this behavior from such a big brand. I will never order from you again, and if I don’t get my money back, I will sue you for fraud. I’m in chok. And also your phone hours and live chat is such a joke, because none of you answers.

This shoe is honestly outstanding, made out of the leather that will last you for life, so comfortable and a fashion staple in any wardrobe, amazing quality from a high end designer that is expected, 100% worth the money and would completely recommend to purchase!
